Why are godly Christians not healed 『and blessed』?

①The first obstacle: have no knowledge [of God]
1. Do not understand the Bible and God’s will
2. have no knowledge of God, and what Jesus accomplished on the cross

②The second obstacle: unbelief
unbelief is sin
【Heb3:12】Beware, brothers, lest perhaps there be in any one of you an evil heart of unbelief, in falling away from the living God;
【Heb3:13】but exhort one another day by day, so long as it is called “today”; lest any one of you be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin.
Pray for God to forgive our unbelief and declare faith
When dealing with these spiritual situations, you must replace the negative with the positive.
First of all, we ask God to forgive our unbelief.
Although everyone here, including myself, needs to ask God to forgive our unbelief.
Then we have to declare our faith in a simple way. We have to declare that we firmly believe in God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit, and the Bible.
This will change the atmosphere of the whole venue, and we will have an atmosphere of faith from now on.
Now I would like to invite you all to pray again. It’s a bit like today’s people going to see a doctor. In the past, the doctor just listened to the chest and told you to open your mouth, put a picture of something on your throat, and then gave you a lot of pills. Today’s doctors are not like this. They will draw blood for you, take this and that from many parts, and then send it to the test. When the test results come out, they will tell you what the problem is. This is exactly what we are going to do now. We have to do all kinds of tests and rule out the problems one by one. Do you understand? What we are doing is very practical.
Although we do different things, we do it in the same way as doctors.
So we have to confess our unbelieving sins, ask God to forgive us, then renounce this sin, and proclaim our faith. Are you ready?
『Pray 』Heavenly Father, we come to you in the name of Jesus, we confess our unbelief, we do not make excuses for ourselves, we have to take responsibility, Heavenly Father we are wrong, please forgive us, release us from this sin, and give us your faith. Do you feel much better? The atmosphere here is different now. Many unbelieving spirits have slipped out the back door.
③The third obstacle: unconfessed sins
Now we are going to talk about the third obstacle, which not everyone has, but many people have, that is, unconfessed sins.
Proverbs 28: 13 gives a principle.
【Pro28:13】He who conceals his sins doesn’t prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy.
You may try your best to succeed and pursue a lot of things, but if there are unconfessed sins in your life, your life will not prosper, those who conceals their sins will not prosper, and whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy.
There are many of us who have not confessed some sins, have not confessed these sins, and have not regretted them. We cover these sins and hide them. It’s important to deal with this when we’re helping people confessed these sins.
I find that many people will think this way, as long as I do not confess to God, he will never know, hehe, really? I find that a lot of people think so. I’m telling you, God knew for a long time that God didn’t ask you to confess your sins to know what sins you have committed.
But because, as long as you plead guilty, he can help you, this is for your own good, not because he wants to know.
I also want to tell you that when you confess to God for a serious sin, he will not be intimidated. And he knows before you confess, I often tell your relatives that there are some things you can never tell your parents, because it’s too humiliating and shameful, but you can tell God.
So,
I’m going to give everyone here a chance to come to the Holy Spirit and examine our hearts to see if there are any unconfessed sins in our lives. Then simply, quietly, without speaking, according to the light of the Holy Spirit『Sins revealed by the Holy Spirit』. Confess to God.
The Bible says that if we confess our sins, God is faithful and righteous, and will forgive my sins and cleanse us from all our unrighteousness.
So if you are willing to confess your sins, God is faithful and righteous, and he will forgive you and cleanse you,
No matter whether these sins are hidden in your consciousness or heart, as long as you confess these sins to God in faith and in the faithfulness of God, you will leave here as if you had never committed this sin. Because if God forgives us our sins, he will obliterate them and will never blame us again. We don’t have to confess to these sins publicly, but it will take us a while.
Ask everyone to come to God alone (that is, pray) and let God tell you what sins you have committed in the past, perhaps many years ago, and the Holy Spirit will help you remember.
Then you have to respond and say, Lord, I confess.I was wrong. Please forgive me and cleanse me with the precious blood of Jesus.
『you have been forgiven and cleansed.』from now on, these sins will not stop you from coming to God, and now we can say in a loud voice, ah, thank you. Please. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you mainly for pardoning me. Can I say that? Lord, thank you for forgiving me, I receive your forgiveness, I accept your life.
There may be one more thing you need to do, which is to forgive yourself. Sometimes these are the hardest things to do.
Please say so, Lord, because you have forgiven me, I will forgive myself. Ah, the door.
④The fourth obstacle: unwillingness to forgive
Now let’s look at the next obstacle. It has a lot to do with it, that is, the attitude of not willing to forgive others. Christians generally have this problem. Mark 11:25 And when you stand and pray, if you remember that a man has sinned against you, forgive him, that your father in heaven may also forgive your transgressions.
Mark 11:26 and if you do not forgive, neither will your father in heaven forgive your transgressions. (there are ancient scrolls without this section)
When we wanted to pray, Jesus said, “before you open your mouth to pray, check to see if you are dissatisfied with anyone. Why does Jesus say this? Because if there is resentment and forgiveness in your heart when you pray, it will prevent your prayer from being answered.
Therefore, Jesus said, if you want to pray to reach God smoothly and receive God’s consent, then before you pray, if you have any dissatisfaction with anyone? Large or small, you should forgive first, and then pray. I tell you to forgive. Forgiveness is not a feeling, but a decision, a decision of will. For example, it’s like you have an IOU that someone else owes you. Forgiveness is tearing up the IOU. That’s it. I once preached in a place, especially for wives who were abused or abandoned by their husbands. I stress that even though they have been severely abused, they must be forgiven for their husbands. For example, if you have a wife, you may have several receipts that your husband owes you. He owes you love, but you support him, but you care about him. He owes you all kinds of supplies. I say these receipts are legal and have full legal effect. You can hold on to them. But before you decide to hold on to them, remember the God in heaven. There are more ious you owe him. God said to you, let’s make a deal. If you tear up other people’s IOU, I will tear up your IOU. But if you hold on to someone else’s IOU, I will hold on to your IOU. Jesus has a parable. When it comes to the proportion of two IOUs, just like others owe you 17 dollar and you owe God 6 million dollar, forgiveness is not a multi spiritual cause. In fact, it is for your own benefits. If you don’t ask others for 17 dollar, you don’t have to pay back 6 million. It was a good deal,
So I said, if you want God to tear up the IOU you owe him, you have to tear up the IOU from your husband or parents and so on.
I’m not sure what I’m going to do after the sermon. Sitting in the middle aisle, a well-dressed lady, about 30 years old, looks very confident. He walked up to me and looked at me triumphantly and said, Reverend Ye. I want to tell you that when I just heard what you said, I tore up the IOU worth 30000 dollar and turned around and walked out. Hahaha, he understood that he didn’t need coaching and teaching him to do what he should do. Now we’re going to take a little time to deal with the resentment in our hearts.
We’re going to do this. In a few minutes, I’ll ask the Holy Spirit to let you see if there’s a bitter root in yourself. The Bible says that if the root of bitterness grows, it will defile many people, and then you have to make a decision to tear up the IOUs. Many young people here may feel that their parents are not good for you. Today, from many situations, this is true. But I would like to remind you that the first commandment with promise is to respect your parents. So it is good for you to do so. You don’t have to agree with your parents, but you must respect them in your heart. Christians who have never been greatly blessed have a bad attitude towards their parents, never. Filial piety is a necessary condition for God’s blessing. It is not only a bad attitude towards parents, but also a bad attitude towards spouses.

⑤Fifth obstacle: contact with superstition / idolatry / worship of ancestors (dead people) and related mysterious spiritual world
The next obstacle is common today.
That is, to come into contact with the mysterious spirit world, to bring yourself into contact with the mysterious spirit world in various forms, such as fortune-telling, or saucer immortals, horoscope, etc., various practices related to superstition, and Satan’s cult, all these invade today’s society and inevitably become obstacles. Luther my wife and I have seen many people come to seek medical treatment, but the dark forces of the mysterious spirit world cover their lives. To prevent them from getting the treatment they want. There are many different forms of the mysterious spirit world, and there are many modern music, including rock music, which is controlled by Satan and contains the power of Satan. If we come into contact, we need to release drugs from them, even though we don’t have time to list them one by one. I beg the Holy Spirit to shine on you.
But let me tell you a story first. My wife and I once went to preach that when it was time to serve patients, there was a girl of about 18 who always asked for prayer. our eyes looked at her a little dull, and almost everyone who came into contact with the mysterious spirit world had this kind of look, and we wanted to help her. so before I prayed for her, I asked her, have you been in contact with the mysterious spirit world? She said no, but I wanted to confirm, so I asked her, have you ever told your fortune, have you ever played disc fairy? No, I didn’t touch it. Have you ever read the horoscope? No. But there is still an obstacle. Then God gave my wife words of knowledge, and my wife said rock music, and before we prayed, he fell back to the ground, and that was the hindrance. And then she can be treated.
Next, we should abandon all contact with the mysterious spirit world. Let’s start with a passage, Exodus 23, Exodus 23, from verse 24, which is what Moses taught. Tell the Israelites how to face the worship ceremony of Canaan people before they enter the land of Canaan. Moses warned them not to participate in the ceremony related to Satan.
【Exo23:24】You shall not bow down to their gods, nor serve them, nor follow their practices, but you shall utterly overthrow them and demolish their pillars.
25】You shall serve Yahweh your God, and he will bless your bread and your water, and I will take sickness away from among you.
26】No one will miscarry or be barren in your land. I will fulfill the number of your days.
27】I will send my terror before you, and will confuse all the people to whom you come, and I will make all your enemies turn their backs to you.
:28】I will send the hornet before you, which will drive out the Hivite, the Canaanite, and the Hittite, from before you.
Do not bow down to their gods, do not serve them, do not follow their ways, but tear down all your idols and shatter their pillars. In other words, never touch anything related to the mysterious spirit world. Moses said that if this is done, God will give them a great promise: you will serve Jehovah your God, who will bless your food and water, and will remove disease from among you. There is no abortion or infertility in your territory. I will fill you with the number of your days. What a wonderful promise, no infertility, no miscarriage, no (early death), no disease, and guarantee that you will come to an end.
Who doesn’t want this kind of promise? But don’t forget to read the above. This promise is only for those who completely abandon the mysterious spirit world.
Let me give you a simple example. A few years ago, I attended a typical family prayer gathering of the spiritual grace. Next to me was a young man, who I later discovered was a Catholic. When I was talking to him, I asked him, have you ever been baptized by the Holy Spirit? He said yes, but when I asked this question, if I heard the answer yes, but. You know, but what, right? But I don’t speak dialect, I say Even if I’m not going to discuss anything with him at all. I just asked him, have you ever counted your life? He said yes, at the age of 15, but I was just having fun, I didn’t really believe it. I asked him, but you went to fortune telling, and he said yes. Would you like to admit to God that fortune telling is a sin and ask him to forgive you, so that you can get rid of the consequences of this sin? He is not quite convinced with my argument, but in order to get rid of my entanglement, he agreed,
And I took him to a short prayer and said,
Lord, I admit that I go to fortune telling. I shouldn’t do it. I know my sin. Please forgive me and release me from the consequences of this sin. Pray in the name of Jesus.
Then I put my hands on him and she spoke fluent dialect. See, it’s an invisible barrier that blocks not only spiritual gifts, but also healing. So if you are willing to cooperate tonight, I can’t force you, even God can’t force you Are you ready? Are you ready? I guess half of the people here have been in contact with the mysterious spirit world. That’s my estimation. Maybe it’s wrong, but now people will touch it invisibly. There are many different ways,

I should tell another story because you may not believe how serious this is. A few years ago, I served a lady in the United States. She was a judge, a judge of the Supreme Court of Virginia. She had a chronic disease in her intestines and stomach. For 10 years, she had surgery, but she still had pain. I was in a church, and when I was praying for healing, I put the patient in a chair. She was standing by, and the power of the Holy Spirit came upon them. I asked her, are you ready? She said no, not yet. I said let me know when you are ready. Ten minutes later, she said that she was ready. I asked you to sit on the chair and lift her feet. Her feet and legs recovered in an instant. The power of the Holy Spirit came to her. She … 45 minutes. She later told me privately that when she woke up, for the first time in 10 years, it was no longer painful. Later, she found out that the metal clips that doctors used to fix her organs during her operation were removed by God. The metal clips were not found. After that, she had a female friend who won the prize for the Mexican two person walk. They went to Mexico for a holiday together. After she came back, her friend called us in a hurry and told us that the woman tried to commit suicide. Please come and help her. We would rush over as soon as possible and start talking with them. Apollo. I said that’s your problem. You’re cursed because you bring a cursed thing home. The Bible says that if you bring something cursed, you will be cursed as well. The woman immediately took action, immediately stood up, went to the basement, smashed the statue into pieces and threw it into her garbage can. The problem was solved once and for all, but it almost killed her. It was really so serious. God envies and hates idolatry. Many people may not understand God. How much he hates idols,
